E.L.F. Shimmering Facial Whip in Lilac Petal

I like the idea of this "liquid/cream" face highlighter, but I hate the actual product. It should be light and creamy; and it should blend like a dream (because it's liquid). Instead, it's streaky and it doesn't blend well AT ALL. The color is really pretty, but even that doesn't translate on the skin.

Although this product is only $1, it's not really worth even that. I say save your dollar and buy yourself a coffee.
