Beach Front Fitness

I am in South Florida at the moment and one of the major perks of being in here is that I can start my day with a early morning beach run/ workout. I love being outside, so this is ideal for me. I don't even realize how hard I'm working, because I'm enjoying watching the sum come up. It's the best. 
My after workout meal...
Rolled oats with fresh strawberries, raw almonds and a dash of pure maple syrup. The black coffee on the side is a MUST.
